Maintenance

We stand by our work and hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and integrity. That is why all of our installations are backed by a 90-day warranty to ensure your system functions as it should from the day of install. Any issues that would arise from faulty installation would show within a few weeks, but we give it a several months to be sure. Using only the best wire, connectors, and installation practices allows us to feel extremely confident in the work we do.  Additionally, we only use products from trusted manufacturers which carry extensive product warranties (fixture warranty length varies based on manufacturer). 

After the 90-day installation warranty and for new customers looking to service an existing system, we offer regular maintenance plans starting at $99.00 per visit to clean fixtures and transformers, replace and upgrade bulbs or drivers, address any damage caused to fixtures, lights or wires, aging lighting infrastructure, or landscape and architectural changes. Additional charges may occur depending on the scope of the service call. During our maintenance service, we can also recommend system upgrades to take into account vegetative growth, additions or modifications in architecture, or even seasonal styling.
